Terms of Service

By using Hisab Manager ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for your account credentials. Change your password immediately if compromised.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use only for lawful business purposes
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or harm the Service
• Do not try to access others' data

3. Data Ownership

All data you enter belongs to you. We only store and process it.

4. Availability

We strive for 99% uptime, but cannot guarantee 100%. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance.

5. Billing (Future)

When paid subscriptions begin, monthly charges will be processed via Razorpay. See Refund Policy for refund terms.

6. Account Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for terms violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or other damages. Regular backups are recommended.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction for disputes: State of Gujarat, India.
