1. Free Trial
A 14-day free trial is available for new users. No charges apply during the trial period.
2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
- Refund requests within 7 days of payment — full refund (100%)
- After 7 days — no refund, but subscription remains active for the remaining period
- Automatic renewal can be cancelled anytime
3. Annual Subscription Refunds
- Within 30 days of payment — 100% refund
- 1-3 months — 50% refund
- After 3 months — no refund
4. Refund Process
- Send refund request to info@lyrainfotech.com
- State the reason briefly
- We will respond within 7 business days
- Once approved, refund is processed via Razorpay to the same payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Not Eligible for Refund
- Accounts suspended due to terms violation
- Requests after the applicable refund window
- Accounts under legal dispute
6. Data Access
Even after a refund, you can export your data as CSV. After account closure, data remains accessible for 30 days.
